I can't tell you haw frustrated I've been with this group. My exam was fine but when it came to ordering new glasses they dropped the ball 4-5 times. the eyes I received, hurt my eyes, and gave me head aches. They replace the glasses 4 times only to have the same issues each time. I requested to get a new pair of my current (past) prescription twice several weeks ago, and I'm still waiting.

Love this place..I'm terrible pt breaking my glasses all the time. Lynn takes me in with a smile and her talent takes over. Dr. Shelly is great as we as her knowledgeable staff.

Great Doctor, Lacking OfficeFirst, I would like to state that working with Dr. Shelli L. Ravine, OD was great. She was thorough, reassuring and very pleasant. I am not a glasses wearer and had not received an eye exam since I was a child. She gave me a lot of good information about eye health and avoiding potential issues down the line.As I do not wear glasses I do not have vision insurance. My health insurance provider, Aetna has a discount plan that allows for discounted exams at many participating providers.
