We were experiencing an awful time in our lives. My husband was very ill and we were sent to the infectious disease center. He needed to have IV treatment everyday for weeks. I was devastated as my husbsnd couldn't drive and I don't drive. I checked everywhere for help but there was none. At Jim's first treatment Stephanie checked and informed us a ride could be arranged for us daily. I was so relieved I cried. Khala at the desk was always smiling, courteous and helpful. I was never made to feel like a bother in any way. We are grateful to Dr. Golden and his nurse was wonderful!
