I used to like them, now I hate them.Completely unreliable, I was stood up twice on days off for service appointments and they can’t seem to get parts for my Generac. I’ve been trying for 4 months. They don’t answer the phone and I leave voice mails and they never call back.Now I’ll try to find to find someone else for my Generac service.

Despite multiple requests to be removed from the list and being told that I am not interested I am still receiving phone calls from this company and when they call they will not stop trying to sell to me no matter how much I tell them I am not interested, almost barring on harassment at this point.

This company continues to harass me, daily, with phone calls and I have repeatedly asked to be removed from their list. Blocking numbers doesn’t work because they just keep generating new numbers. It’s getting ridiculous and the next step is to just report this company for harassment
