I had a generator installed at my home and I recommend this company to everyone. The office staff are super friendly and helpful. Dan Wood is the foreman and he is very knowledgeable and didn't mind my many questions. The installation only took a day and it worked seamlessly the next week when we had a bad storm! I am very happy with my investment.

I keep getting robocalls from people claiming they are from Solar Solutions. I suspect they are not. If they really are from this place it should be zero stars and they should be reported to the FTC. If their name is being fraudulently used. The company needs to try to stop this fraud. I give them 3 stars only because I don't want to hurt their reputation if they are victims. I have no experience with them directly.

I had a Generac backup system installed at my house and the sales installation process were pain free and the installation was completed to time and budget. Unfortunately this is where things started to go down hill. I have bought this generator as a part of the infrastructure of my house and expect it to last a long time. This will be predicated upon warranties and subsequently good service. There are two minor issues with my Generac and despite several calls, neither have been addressed.
