Just went here last week for the first time and was very happy with my experience. Absolutely loved Dr Buckingham, she was very friendly and truly listened to me and understood. She was very knowledgeable and really helped me to understand my diagnosis and get me the help I needed. She even had another doctor come in for a 2nd opinion. I really felt like I was in good hands there. The office staff was also very nice and helpful. Will definitely recommend to others and visit again in the future if needed.
I am pleased with Dr. Keller as my Neurologist. However, the front office staff is awful. They present as not interested in doing their job-telling me to call back another day when I am asking for medication! Their phone etiquette is often rude and clipped. I only call when I am in need and if I can’t get help then this probably isn’t the office for me. Great doctors need a great support staff, not the current office staff who are answering the phones when I call and apparently interrupting their day.
I have been seeing Jennifer Buckingham for the past year, and I highly recommend her. I trust her expertise, she is very knowledgeable. She is very caring and easy to talk to. She lets you express your concerns, and she gives you her honest professional opinion. I appreciate everything she has done for me thus far.
