I worked for Home Instead as a Home care worker for 2 years. The staff and management are wonderful caring people. I was paired with wonderful clients and had all the support from my supervisor. I would recommend Home Instead as a worker or hire them for a family member.I wish I had started sooner, I loved my time there.

Home Instead as been a life saver for me. Two other companies wouldn't provide service but HI came right out and did an in home survey and next day help arrived. That has been many months ago and I am still using their services. The are very professional, courteous and helpful. They work around schedules and the aid I have coming is friendly and always has a smile. Never a conflict or problem. I have total trust in my aid and find her to be more like family than a worker. Had I known how helpful they would be I would have started service sooner. They do a review every few months to make sure they are meeting my needs. We used Home Instead for 2.5 years to care for our parents as they aged in place in their home. At first it was for a few hours a day, a couple days per week then, over time, it became necessary for a full time live-in caregiver to meet their needs. Throughout this time Home instead’s caregivers provided professional, skilled and caring support becoming like extended members of our family. The management and staff were extremely knowledgeable and supportive, going out of their way to provide advice and counsel to ensure we had the necessary care and services our parents required.
