I had the privilege of having Brandon come to my condo rental to evaluate a water leak from my shower. He was extremely thorough in pinpointing the source and coordinated the work with our downstairs neighbors who initially discovered the leak while beginning renovations on their bathroom. Not only was I initially highly impressed with Brandon with his fine attention to detail, but our downstairs neighbors were also, as it was later discovered that they recruited him to do additional work for them.
