Brandon, the owner/operator, is totally professional, thorough, & meticulous - not to mention very personable! - in his work. One of the problems we were experiencing was a serious leak in our upstairs bathroom which was affecting our kitchen ceiling. The ceiling was wet & the sheetrock had softened up & was sagging. I had the privilege of having Brandon come to my condo rental to evaluate a water leak from my shower. He was extremely thorough in pinpointing the source and coordinated the work with our downstairs neighbors who initially discovered the leak while beginning renovations on their bathroom. Not only was I initially highly impressed with Brandon with his fine attention to detail, but our downstairs neighbors were also, as it was later discovered that they recruited him to do additional work for them.
