Cooper Physical and Occupational Therapy at Voorhees offers personalized and creative therapy exercises that cater to each individual's pace. The staff and physical therapists are friendly, approachable, and willing to explain treatment plans in detail. However, some issues have been reported with phone responsiveness, as patients have experienced difficulty getting callbacks or having their messages received. Despite this, the therapists and staff are well-intentioned and nice, but may benefit from improving their communication and phone management skills.
I've never been here but if their customer service is in any way like their assistance, this has to be an awesome place. I don't remember the names of the people I talked to but it was today 6/12 @ 10:16. The young woman that answered the phone was so helpful and she had to consult with the head therapist and whoever he was made a recommendation that I know is gonna change my husband's life! So if you need PT you should definitely give them a shot.
These kind folks really know what they’re doin. Creative, therapeutic exercises that don’t push ya too hard ya know. They’ll go at your pace. Awesome people. Everyone there, from door to door. They’ll answer ya questions too if ya have any, just gotta remember to ask, unlike me! Lol. They’ll take the time to explain stuff whenever possible too. they rock. Highly recommend
Edit: tried calling again 11/27 to make an appointment. No response. No callback. This is one of the only places that takes my insurance so looks like I'll be looking up exercises at home and trying to manage my all pain myself. Thanks, Cooper! Please teach your staff how to listen and respond to voicemails. Never seen anything like it.
The PTs and staff are very nice but they need help fielding phone calls. I've left about 5 messages asking for a call back (because they never pick up the phone) and I haven't heard a word.
