This man knows his stuff! He fixes me up and makes me feel better than ever. A one stop shop for body work (cupping, myofascial release, compression sleeves, etc) , chiropractic work, and infrared sauna after all of it. Plus there is so much more he offers with even more on the way. Umar is the best at what he does and is truly passionate about his work. You need to get in and get work done with him, you will not regret it!

I cannot recommend Asylum Sports Performance and Recovery enough. One of the best investments you could make for yourself. I’ve known Umar for years now and it’s safe to say his knowledge, professionalism and passion for his work is unmatched. He truly puts the people first. Making sure each and every client that visits him leaves with an impactful experience. He will go great lengths to make sure this happens, I’ve witnessed it multiple times myself. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.
