DURING THIS 2 YEAR PANDEMIC, I COULD NOT EVEN REACH THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT ONCE BY PHONE, WEBSITE OR BY EMAIL. NO HELP AT ALL. AS A TAXPAYER, THIS IS "UNACCEPTABLE".NOT EVEN, "1"PERSON, HAS EVEN TRIED TO CONTACT ME, TO EVEN SEE IF I'M "STILL ALIVE". ONE LESS, THEY HAVE TO DEAL WITH !!YOU'RE..... FIRED !!!!

Had a fantastic experience with Robin and Theresa (hope I spelled your names correctly!) in getting my boyfriend’s birth certificate for employment purposes. We needed it quickly and the state’s website said 8-12 weeks! They were both so helpful and we got it within two days of submitting the request. Thank you SO much!
