What a nicely run business. Reliable and trustworthy, the Fanfarillo team made sure our AC was working after a wire being snipped outside and scheduled us in ASAP. Kind and easy to work with…thank you Fanfarillo’s!!

I called and LM on a Wednesday morning. By Wednesday afternoon called again, they said they could possibly come out Monday, they'd call me back. Thursday they never called me. Guy shows up around 4:00pm on Friday after calling my house 2 minutes before. That is my only complaint. A lot of other companies want $100 just to come out and look at the issue. These guys are local, wanted $85 for the first hour. This guy took less than 25 minuets to diagnosis the issue and fix it. $117 total. It was raining outside and although we both got wet, atleast I can change clothes, he can't because he has to continue his day. I will use these guys again.
