This was an overall very good first customer experience at this salon. While there were some noticeable customer service flags, they were tipped generously due to accepting the business right before closing, which was a major plus. The results were quality and although pricey, the pricing was in line with the competitive market value of other nail salons.

This salon is amazing, brow jobs, manicure and pedicure. I got my nails done today and the designs were spot on, my tips were fresh and the color of my nails were exactly like my inspiration. ✨✨

I've been coming here for ages and have never had an issue with my service. Everyone is very welcoming and very attentive, even when they are busy. I love Keyla, and as for my family and me, she is family; my daughter does have certain ones that she prefers, but she also understands that if they are busy, we go with whoever is free, depending on the time. They are all professionals and respectful. I have witnessed some nasty customers; they still treat them kindly and respectfully. Listen, I understand this economy is ridiculous, but don't blame them for raising their prices like everyone else. They are here, surviving like everyone else.
