Nikki was absolutely amazing & exceeded my expectations. I put myself in a bit of a predicament by procrastinating scheduling an appointment with a salon for my birthday hair transformation, and was not expecting to get my hair even so much as cut due to this time restraint I had unfortunately made for myself. My hair has always been my biggest insecurity and I truly cannot recall a time that I’ve been happy with the appearance of my hair. I needed it done by the following Tuesday in time for my birthday. I called the salon on Friday. I had fully color-corrected, cut, colored, & styled hair by Saturday evening. AMAZING. I had not been to a salon in over five years, and had never had my hair professionally colored. I had black box dye remnants in my hair, and it was overgrown, thick, & unruly. Nikki took me under her wing despite the circumstances, and even stayed after hours to finish my hair. My experience was EXCELLENT and I could not have been happier with my final result. Additionally, I could not have been happier with the pricing for the work I received. This salon is generous & inviting. My first salon experience in five years—and my first ever professional coloring experience—was one that will forever have me hooked. To say that I am grateful would be a massive understatement. Thank you Nikki, & thank you to this salon!!!
