Barbara and Michelle are tops! Barbara mans the office and the phones. Michelle is the one actually out there in the field. She's very personable. She is servicing what are usually summer vacation rentals, and the tenants love her. Yes! They love my exterminator! She explains what she is doing, tells them about the chemicals, and puts their minds at ease. When you are on vacation, calling in an exterminator is usually the last thing that you would expect to happen. Michelle takes what could be a very stressful situation, and makes it a non-issue. Well run, well managed. I especially recommend an "annual contract". Sugar ants are a common problem in every beach town near Cape May, NJ. Start your treatments once a month beginning in March/April, and ending in September/October, to keep the infestations under control. If you need a re-treatment in between monthly services, they will return at no extra charge, and they will also use more aggressive treatments for more difficult problems, if necessary. Michelle is a sweetheart and works around renters or WITH them. They love her! She takes the time to talk to them, to introduce herself, to explain what she is doing, and what she is using. The renters often have concerns about their children or their pets, and she puts their minds at ease. She tries her hardest to accommodate their schedules as well. Five stars here! Give them a try. This family owned business is head-and-shoulders above any corporate option for service, reliability, and price.
