After being dissatisfied with ADT, I contacted Sterling Security to see if they could help me reconfigure my ADT equipment ( that I own) for use. Luke came out to tell me what they could do. After trying a number of things, we found that while I own the ADT equipment, it’s unusable because they have disabled it from the main office. Luke worked through a number of approaches and we agreed on one that was economical while still meeting my needs. Today John came out and installed and tested new equipment. Then he patiently taught me how to use the home control panel and the app. These two people demonstrated the best in service and efficiency. Plus they brought good energy...read full review
Sterling Securities is a top notch company. What puts them over the top is a Field Supervisor by the name of Joe. I have seen this guy in action many times and I am more impressed each time. Sterling has a real gem.
