The application process is very strict, like joining the army, and tardiness is completely unacceptable. The role of a guard is very serious, and the company manual must be followed to the T. Sterling Securities is a top notch company. What puts them over the top is a Field Supervisor by the name of Joe. I have seen this guy in action many times and I am more impressed each time. Sterling has a real gem.
I have yet to secure a position, however, I met Bill and one of his staff members. I have to admit, just the application process alone is like joining the army, very strict as they should be. They made it clear that tardiness is completely unacceptable. Bill and his staff are very professional. Being a guard is not a joke. Being too friendly will make a business vulnerable to employees not taking their duties seriously. It is a very serious role to take on. If you cannot adhere to their rules you will be unhappy. Very professional and extremely helpful. Knowlegeable and get things done. Awesome black business. People are always trying to down play this business, because, they hate to see people prosper.
