He asked us about our carpeting needs, the look we wanted to achieve and assessed our furnishing style. Alan was very informative, providing excellent recommendations and suggestions as to how we could achieve our desired look. We felt very comfortable working with Alan - he very quickly began to feel like a long time friend.
His installers did an excellent job and were also wonderful to work with and they accommodated all of our requests. Alan reviewed the job with the installers prior to their starting so there would be no surprises at completion. Alan supervised the job and reviewed it after completion to insure everything was done to our satisfaction.
