I was quite difficult. But to my surprise they went above and beyond. The installation went off without a hitch. We love our new carpet. The stairs carpet was different than the upstairs, but the match was impeccable. I will definitely use them again.“

On top of everything else, the workers were professional, and very clean. This was very important as we have two small children living in the house. “I used Andy Oncall Bergen County for the first time and it won't be the last time. I had so much trouble finding someone to replace my garbage disposal unit. I got a postcard from Andy and decided to give them a shot. I really liked that they didn't charge by the hour, but gave you a price for the job. The only other place was charging about $200 to walk in the door and couldn't come for a couple of weeks. Andy came immediately in the person of Steven Wisniewski and he was wonderful. He saw that the situation needed immediate attention and returned the next day (which was Sunday) and stayed until everything was fixed. I can' express how happy I was with Andy and Steven!“
