I have been going to this dry cleaner for years. Last things I brought were 3 cashmere sweaters. When I got home and open the plastic, one of the sweaters buttons were broken. I brought it back to the cleaners and she said she did not do it. I said to her I don't go anywhere else so it had to happen here. When I went to pick up the sweater she again stated she didn't break the buttons and accused me again of another dry cleaner doing the damage. I asked her if I had done that why would I not bring it there then? It made no sense, but either did she! Very bad business people!! Will never go back!!!

They have been dry-cleaning my shirts for years and always do a great time. If I need my shirts quick they always deliver on their promise.
