American is great! Jimmy, the owner, works hard and makes a special effort to learn everyone's name and take care of all the customers kindly and courteously. I have used American dry cleaners for everything from washing comforters and shoes to alterations to gowns including prom dresses, to all my husband's work clothes weekly dry cleaning and I will continue using them. These guys are the real deal. Oh and the girls in the front are fantastic. They are always kind and very friendly and make every effort to move the customers in and out quickly!
I have been going to American Dry Cleaners since we moved to Verona in 2012. Jimmy and his staff are amazing, always friendly to me and other customers, it shows that they really care about providing great service.The reason that I am writing the review now is because of a mistake that they made on my wife's dress, where the pleats were completely ironed out by mistake, and just before Easter Sunday. When I told them about this, I was assured that Jimmy would take care of the situation and do whatever was necessary to fix it.
