“Had a wonderful spa/pool day at Elements Spa and the Minerals Hotel. This was a Bridal Celebration with 9 guests. The staff was friendly and professional, and I must give a special thanks to Michele Crisci at the spa. She went above and beyond, giving me a tour of the facilities prior to the event, helping me with the spa bookings, and arranging for a tab at the restaurant by the pools. I booked massages for all of us (reasonably priced, btw), and paid $35 per person extra (well worth it) for the pools and other amenities. The pools are beautiful, with lots of options- hot tub, cold plunge, sauna, indoor and outdoor heated pools, and regular pool with waterfall jump. The area at the pools was clean, grassy, and had beautiful views, and there were plenty of lounge chairs (although it began to fill up in the afternoon). The food was good and reasonably priced. There are separate locker rooms for the spa and for the pools, clean and modern. The spa is small but clean, inviting, and well-appointed. You get a foot soak and granola after your treatment, both a nice touch. I highly recommend Elements Spa and Minerals Hotel. They offer a great spa/pool experience at a good price in a beautiful setting. Thanks again to Michele- we had a perfect day thanks to her!“

“I had an appointment with Sarah for a dermaplane facial and it was such an excellent experience that I booked my next one as soon as I got home! Seriously, my skin has never felt smoother or softer, and it has such an amazing glow (which isn’t typical for me, as I have very dry skin).

In addition to being very clean and organized, the room is incredibly tranquil and cathartic. Sarah has amazing energy; she’s one of those people you feel like you’ve known for a long time and feel instantly comfortable with. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and was happy to give me skincare advice and product recommendations as she did my facial. She doesn’t sell any products, so it wasn’t a sales pitch.

She’s confident yet humble, has great prices, and runs specials often. Sarah is definitely my go-to esthetician going forward!“
