Really strange place. I'm sure it's normal if you're an Appalachian from new jersey, being from out of state I found the whole design appalling. The staff was absolutely wonderful tho. Very very friendly and helpful.

Place is very dated. Pool system is a mess. We stayed there and could hardly get chairs by the pool. They sell yearly memberships for $900.00 a year and the pool gets inundated with people who are not staying at the resort. While I understand the company needs to generate revenue they should create a better system for the pool chairs. People are paying upwards of $500 a night minimum. The hotel guest should have first rights for reserving chairs up until a certain time. The location in vernon is ideal. The service is spotty.

We celebrated our son’s birthday at Minerals and everything from start to check out was seamless thanks to the front desk assistant, Kristan J. She was super helpful, polite and explained everything we needed to know very thoroughly. Thanks for a great birthday experience for our kiddo!
