The rooms are spacious, with a king suite being a highlight. The hotel's food and drinks are generally praised, with special mention of the great customer service at the bar. The pools, both indoor and outdoor, are a fantastic amenity, and the breakfast food is also a highlight. Minerals Hotel is a cool getaway if you want to relax and enjoy yourself. The hotel has an amazing pool, both indoors and outdoors, and the food is great. The staff is genuinely friendly and welcoming, and there are plenty of activities for the kids. However, the service can be a bit slow, and the rooms are decent but nothing special. Overall, it's a suitable place to stay for a special occasion, but it may not be the best choice for a leisure stay. The service at Minerals Hotel is excellent, with the staff at the front desk providing a pleasant check-in experience. The rooms are spacious and very clean, and there is always something to do, from morning to night. The hotel offers a variety of activities, including a unique "Yoga with the Goats" experience, making it a wonderful family destination. Minerals Hotel in Crystal Springs is definitely a place worth visiting.
I was there for a friends wedding and while the hotel and resort itself was beautiful. Parking was a nightmare with the dance competition going on at the same time. While trying to figure out where to park this odd man in a red shirt and no shoes start yelling at the groom to be saying that he will tow our cars and the HOA has the authority to do so. No room for de escalation either, the man was on a war path. It was not just us too, he seemed to be walking the whole lot. He had a pretty unhinged look to himself too. Other than that though we had no issues with the hotel itself. Just the crazy man
Sign for security should be same size for all parking spots, came out to a sticker on my car and spoken to front desk and girl at front desk showed no empathy or concern at all. Beds were uncomfortable and WiFi signal was very intermittent when in the room. Other than that, the stay and the food was good.
Our stay at Minerals Hotel was absolutely incredible. I honestly can’t believe it’s rated as a three-star hotel—it truly felt like a five-star experience, especially for families with kids.
The variety of activities they offer is just unbelievable. From pony rides to bingo games, outdoor pool fun, and even live animal shows—there was never a dull moment. Every single day felt packed with excitement, and everything was so well organized.
The highlight for me was my son’s reaction. He kept saying this was the best hotel he’s ever been to and couldn’t understand why it wasn’t rated higher. Seeing how happy and engaged he was made the whole trip...read full review
