When we needed a replacement part for our well filter that we couldn’t find anywhere else, Todd was so communicative and helpful. He was able to order the part we needed, and when there was a hiccup with the shipping (no fault of theirs), he continued to follow up until it was resolved and arrived. Cannot emphasize how much we appreciate the customer service and follow up! Highly recommend !

Im a plumber and i ran into an issue at the job. Todd, Cole, Ben, and Kevin are fantastic, helped me pick out what i needed and were very informative. If you have the option to use them use FW Webb, Vernon, theyre great! Gonna be using them from now in when in the area.

Excellent customer service. When I arrived to F.W. Webb Company's shop to pick up my new water softener an employee, Mike, realized that my car would not fit the water softener, so he then offered to bring it to my house in their truck (Thanks again!). Every employee was kind and knowledgeable on their products. I would recommend them to anyone.
