Dave Moore was a great service tech! The service was easy and quick. Dave was polite and informative and helped me to understand my options and how our septic is functioning. We have always used Earthcare and will continue doing so.
I had an issue with my septic floats and Chris came our and immediately solved the issue. It took him 5 minutes to diagnose the issue and he was very knowledgeable and saved my Thanksgiving. Thank you Marilyn and Sandy also for addresing my calls and getting the right person out here to ease my mind. I highly recommend this company because they really listen to your concerns and solve the problem quickly.
Kevin was great. There were some words covering the concrete top and he was very careful and patient in removing them. Also, was very impressive how well he placed the sod/grass back into place. Very professional and courteous.
