“10/10 experience! Not only was the salon space so lovely, Marlene is a total gem. She was able to accommodate a very last minute haircut and balayage for me, and the entire experience was professional and fun. As a person, she’s kind and warm to speak with, but as a stylist wow, I’m so thrilled. I’m not so well versed in the hair styling world, but as soon as I explained what I wanted, Marlene just knew. The beautiful salon space was just nice to spend time in during the process, and she’s created such a warm experience. Not only did she seriously nail (!!!) my hair cut and balayage, she made me so happy with her clear skill and talent. If you’re in the area (or even not!) definitely come see her. “Interesting experience. The woman who did my eyebrows was very kind and seemed knowledgeable about her craft. My eyebrows are shaped different so before we began she asked me which shape I preferred which I appreciated. My only issue was after the threading session my skin started to swell which has never happened after getting my eyebrows threaded. But other than that my eyebrows look great.“

“Was looking for a new hair salon, so I decided to try Aila Salon in Paramus. I called to see if they had an opening for the same day, and they were so accommodating. I asked for a root touch up as I have a ton of grey and a good amount of blue from my last box color. I also wanted my hair cut 2 inches shorter into a blunt bob. I arrived and was immediately greeted by Aila who spent a lot of time with me going over what I wanted and did not want. Alia meticulously cut my hair, gave me a beautiful blow out, and curled it into exactly the look I was going for. I will definitely be back!“
