Josh is attentive, prompt, and professional. He is also very good at answering questions without talking down to the customer. I am self employed and not always the most organized person, and JCM Tax Services has done a great job. I never thought the tax prep process could be described as painless, but Josh has made that possible. 100% recommend this company to anyone looking for an accountant to help with their small business needs!
