Our dog was in critical condition. Staff answered the phone right when they opened and said we could come in immediately. They seamlessly got our dog from our car into the office and the front desk staff had just the appropriate and kind bedside manner with us.

I needed an emergency vet to go to when my cat had an urgent issue while my regular vet was closed. Westfield promptly took my cat, and checked her out quickly. I was able to get all of the tests and x-rays needed, medication, a follow up call, and quick communication back with my regular vet and pet insurance. I feel so grateful for the excellent care, and also relief in knowing there is some place I can go when my vet is closed!
