The staff and doctor at TLC always take very good care of my pets, especially my 14 year old boxer. They are patient with him, and make sure to take the time to answer all of our questions and concerns. So grateful for them!
Yesterday I had an appointment to have my dog Flora spayed. We arrived on time and was greeted by a lovely lady who explained everything to me. I filled out some simple paperwork and she took Flora in the back. I picked her up hours later and she looked great considering she had surgery. the doctor treated her with care and respect. I am glad I found a new vet. She gets an A+ Thank you for taking care of my baby!
Some people are quick to leave a bad review about Dr. Nergrin. But they will not tell you she never turns a patient away. If you walk into her hospital with an emergency, she will treat your pet the best she can with minimum staffing and equipment. They also do not write reviews. Saying she was trying to work right after having major surgery just not to let her clients down. People need to respect her time and schedule their appointments accordingly. Suppose you will not show a simple phone call to cancel is so easy. They also say her staff doesn't answer the phones. How can she if she's helping the doctor?
