NJ Fitness Expert

I started a month ago with NJ Fitness Expert not knowing what to expect. I never hired a personal trainer before. It has been two months and lost ten pounds. I feel better in my clothes and have a lot more energy. I am 33 years old and already feel younger because of my energy increase. I have followed the program exactly as instructed and feel that I am on my way to improving my total well being in every aspect. The program created by NJ Fitness Expert is a sure way of reaching your fitness/health goals. If I can do it, you can also achieve success here. This is definitely the place to do it.

I joined NJ Fitness Expert in the beginning of August 2013. I was very excited for the program from day 1. I was having a huge problem with eating unhealthy and not being very active. I would mainly be a couch potato throughout the day. Since joining NJ Fitness Expert, I regained the confidence, energy, and motivation to achieve my goals every day. I joined a gym and it did not come anywhere close at to what NJ Fitness Expert did for me. It has been one of the best investments of my life. This is the very best training offered in the state!

I used to be in great shape when I was younger. I was diagnosed with a pituitary disorder whereby I was left with mono-like symptoms. I was feeling extreme fatigue, weakness and muscle-twitching. I had no energy to do my workouts and felt like I was spinning out of control. I contacted various personal trainers but got half-baked responses.
