What we like about the place:
-Vet technician Makayla(hope I spelled her name right :) was very cool and accommodating.
- Dr. Tedesco has a cheerful disposition in engaging us specially our fur baby and she immediately put us all at ease as she performs her physical test with our pup.
- Before going to the next steps after the diagnosis, Makayla showed us the cost for each of the care important to take note of including the cost. We had a fairly good idea of how much to pay unlike in our current provider, everything is at the end and the only choice is to pay! I found bond vet through Facebook and then I googled them. I read the reviews and decided to go check them in person in union, nj. I asked questions when I got there the staff was friendly and aside from that I also asked owners of pets and their experience and I got positive feedback. I decided to try them and became a member. I bought Mia my 2 year old Shitz Shu and she liked the nurses and doctor who where awesome with her. She had her eyes, ears and also her scratching checked. They explained to me and my wife about it and gave her a shot for it. They did not try to upsell me anything which unfortunately some vets do thats why I changed vet. Wonderful experience as was a first time visit. The facility was clean, there was very little wait time, staff was incredibly friendly and Dr. Kate Norby was beyond amazing with the compassion she showed towards my 15 year old Maltese. Extremely knowledgeable and made me feel at ease throughout the entire exam which she definitely took her time with. I highly recommend!
