Best Nails is a local nail salon that provides mixed experiences for its customers. The manager is described as very courteous and professional, while the quality of service from the nail technicians can vary. Some customers have had excellent experiences with technicians like Lana, who did a great job on their nails and feet. However, other customers have encountered unprofessional and uncaring technicians who did not listen to their requests and were rough around the cuticles, causing pain. The salon is also noted for its cleanliness and welcoming atmosphere, but some customers find the mandatory cash-only policy and additional fees for card payments frustrating.
I can see where some ppl didn’t have a good experience here some of the ppl here do need to brush up on proper customer service but I’m happy to say I have been here twice now and the work has been consistent had the same person Fanny did a good job on my mani & pedi I’ll be back.
My first experience was excellent. Manager was very courteous and professional. The lady Lana was very good. She did a great job on my nails and feet. My second experience was not as great, again the manger was exceptional friendly and courteous. This lady that did my manicure and pedicure was awful. She didn't listen to me or did she act like she care, she never said a word to me and was very unprofessional. She never said thank you for the tip and got on her phone before she finished. I would however recommend them but just be careful who do the work.
Service is ok depending on who you have doing your nails , sometimes they are too rough around your cuticles and make it bleed , I have to pull my hand away in pain . Also they force you to use cash , if you use card they charge you a $2 fee which is ridiculous if your service is well over $50 dollars why should you be punished for using a card , a lot of people don’t carry large amounts of money like that anymore.
