Patients appreciate that the doctor listens and quickly identified the source of pain for one person who had been suffering for months. The office runs like a well-oiled machine, with friendly, professional staff who go above and beyond. Jenny, the secretary, is consistently praised as amazing, wonderful, and an absolute star. She is efficient, patient, kind, and always on top of scheduling. Patients note that she guided them through the correct channels, explained each step, and made the process easy. The attention to detail and positive attitude from the entire staff makes visits truly enjoyable. One patient has been cared for since a car accident in July of 2022 and describes the experience as phenomenal. One of the best if not the best in the business, from the wonderful secretary Jenny to Dr. Ragukonis himself. After months of excruciating pain and visiting multiple offices and specialists, no one could pinpoint the source of my issue. Almost immediately, Dr. Ragukonis identified the problem, and within just a couple of weeks I was back to my daily activities with no pain at all.
Jenny was amazing always patient, kind, and on top of everything. She made the process easy always ensuring I was seen, scheduled, and extremely supportive every step of the way. I’m beyond grateful for the care I received here.
