I was excited to try Angie’s, especially because my usual place had a long wait. SNS removal was perfection and the new application was going very smoothly until I realized that the process was finished with only two dips in the colored powder and no last smoothing, just the final lacquer. I couldn’t tell until I got home that every nail is still lumpy from simply dipping them into the powder. I can’t tell if this is how they learned or if it’s a short cut to keep the cost at $40 though I’m not likely to go again for an SNS🥹

Exercise caution when deciding to go here. While my technician did a great job on my pedicure, the payment process was deeply shady. As I was rushed to pay while drying my nails, I asked for $5 back from my change and was only given $3, a classic confusion tactic used by scammers. Worse than almost losing $2 was the disappointment of realizing this behavior likely also cheats their own workers out of their full tips especially during the holidays.

To add insult to injury, the staff openly spoke Korean assuming I couldn't understand, making derogatory comments. It's unprofessional and disrespectful to insult customers in any language.
