Our furnace stopped working during a very cold period, and I called Jorge for help. He responded quickly, came out on the same day to diagnose the issue, and arranged for a technician to come the very next day.
The problem turned out to be more complicated than expected and wasn’t fully resolved at first. However, Jorge followed up, came back again, and made sure everything was properly fixed the next day.
What really stood out is how much he cares about his customers. He genuinely checked in to make sure our home wasn’t left cold and made the whole process much less stressful.
I just had Jorge and his team at my house for an emergency HVAC visit. They arrived on time, were very communicative, assessed the issue swiftly and were able to get my heat up and running within 15/20 min. He even bypassed the bad part so I had heat while they ran to get a new part. He was respectful to me and my home and did not try to hard sell me on upgrades. I would not hesitate to call them again!
