I love Tracey!!!!! The negative reviews are out of this world. She isn't rude. She just gets straight to the point. You're there for a service and she always comes through for her customers. I have never seen her be rude or disrespectful to anyone. She's quick, efficient, and hilarious. She also does a beautiful job on my nails every time. Let's not forget Elsie and Paola who work on the pedis and manis are just as talented and amazing at their craft. She has a strong customer base and we can all agree you don't get that if you're not good at what you do. Love you Tracey!!! See you in 2 week!!!
I've been going to this salon for many years and the owner along with other employees do an amazing job ! I'm always so in love with the work she puts in on my nails. One thing about Tracey she does not disappoint!!! The compliments on my nails just keep going all thanks to Tracey and her wonderful team
I was told about this salon from one of their regulars, after I mentioned that my nails kept braking. So, I decided to finally give in and try gel, even though I hated the fact that the top of my nails would be filled.. pet peeve...lol One of the techs takes care of you but the upper filling is done by the owner. And after just 3 visits, these are my nails today.
