They give you a time for the appointment and when you are there you have to wait 3 more hours because there is only 1 doctor.
Super bad phone service, difficult to contact and get answered.
I'm not going anymore.

Absolutely terrible place, avoid at all costs! I've seen urgent care facilities and emergency departments less crowded and the staff members were stressed and, we'll say "impolite"...by 9:30 in the morning.

Additionally, they sent me a link to register with MyChart two weeks before the appointment. I did. They couldn't find my account, even when I showed them that I was logged in on my phone and the initial text they sent me two weeks prior. Apparently, they created a second account instead of using the one I set up when they texted me.

This place is disorganized, chaotic, and clueless - spend your time and effort finding somewhere else.

Terrible service, even if you make an appointment and register on MyChart and arrive early an hour in advance, they take a long time to attend. My appointment was at 11 in the morning, I arrived at 10:15, it was 11:30 and they still didn't attend to me, I had to leave, I received a call at 12:30 that it was my turn.
