My sister & I met Rose for the first time today at her new salon, and let me tell you she is an artist.. she is classy and very talented! We went in there with a mashup of colors in our hair and Rose worked her unique magic and got us to the color we’ve wanted... BLONDE She definitely gets 2 👍👍 up from us!!
