We had a bathroom floor installed recently. The installation team was very nice and did a superior job. Very neat and detail oriented. Love the results. In addition, the kitchen floor they installed over 10 years ago is in exceptionally good condition. Also a very well done installation. The store has a wide selection of products with a knowledgeable sales team

I have visited this store researching flooring and every time is better than the last. I believe the first person I met was Chris. I found he was one of the most knowledgeable and helpful people I have met in the last year. I didn't need the education after my visit so I can't speak for the manager and saleswoman I met with next on their depth of knowledge. I can say they were extremely helpful and I did not feel any excessive pressure to purchase despite my indecision. They were all very welcoming.
