This place is different from other mail places I’ve been to, but I really enjoyed my experience. I didn’t catch the name of who did my gel manicure, but she was great! She finished it in less than 30 minutes, and was very polite. We didn’t talk the whole time, she was very focused on her work, which I didn’t mind! I think most people are used to talking with each other the entire time and the entire process of a manicure. She filed my nails, did cuticles, and applied multiple coats. I love this place...the ambiance, the courtesy they show. Prices are reasonable and even without an appointment, I never have to wait. Only once I had an unpleasant experience and that was because another customer who's pedicure was finished was loudly talking on the phone. Her conversation was unpleasant and political and after a long day it was disturbing to me. You could see that the techs were trying to figure out how to get her to leave but she was unresponsive to their gestures. So annoying but not them...her. I like it here...a lot!

I have been going here for over 2 years and have had consistently great service. They are all friendly and very talented. This is the only nail salon I have ever been to that doesn't smell of acetone or that nauseating smell most nail salons have. I would recommend giving yourself a decent amount of time depending on the service because it does get busy, especially if you are a walk-in. The environment is very peaceful/relaxing. Pricing is average (if you pay with card, gel manicure is $30 and regular pedicure is $30).
