If y’all don’t know, now ya know. Stay away from an Apple Store, unless ya like wasting time and money
Seems the price gouging attempt and misinformation was a blessing in disguise
Rick will give ya an honest answer, timely response, service at a 1/3 of the price.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! They thought it was just my screen that broke so I was charged for it, but then it turned out my phone was internally broken so they offered me a phone for a GREAT price. They ended up using the money for the screen protector I paid for towards the new phone so in the end it all worked out! Plus they gave me a free brand new charger and screen protector. I’m definitely coming back and recommending my friends and family!
