Weren't extremely friendly here. Took my truck there for an alignment. They seemed pretty pissed that I wanted to wait for the repair to get done. I decided to go home to give them time.
The next day I, not them called to follow-up because I could see in my camera that my truck was back outside. They tell me the truck doesn't need an alignment. They can't see where the issue is. Anyway.. okay, they tell me they could check the back axle but the feeling I got was we checked, it all looks good and you can come pick it up.
I get there later that day and was charged $323 for them to check to tell me nothing was wrong.

They always have every single thing I am looking for, whether you can or can't find the part on the internet or anywhere else. Honestly, the prices are very reasonable, too, in comparison to what others want to charge on top of waiting for days for delivery. Nice people.
I have been to Mercer Spring in the past years, I have been satisfied then and I'm sure I will be satisfied now. Rick, who met with me today was very knowledgeable and professional. I also spoke with a pleasant female on the phone who I did not meet but she too was kind and professional.
