Wonderful experience. From the consultation to the finished install. John was very helpful with giving suggestions for my concerns, and the install was seamlessly completed by a very sweet man. (I feel horrible I do not recall his name, he deserves recognition and credit as well). There was a small issue with the seal due to unleveled concrete, that was immediately remedied. Very happy customer here!! Will definitely recommend to friends. ?
Jammer installed our garage doors on our 60+ year old garage quite a while back. The fit and installation were excellent. This year they called to offer a tune up, they came when scheduled, gave the doors a good going over, and the guy took the time to talk about the work he'd done. We've very satisfied. Update, 4 years later: still love our doors.
Jammer did everything right, from our first meeting with sales rep, Jim, to the installation. Great assistance with the selection of a door to meet our needs and budget. The installers were neat and courteous. The door is quiet, and just beautiful.
