J&D did a great job. The technician, Ethan, clearly knew his stuff and was very thorough in his work. They gave a price ahead of time and it was honored. They arrived right on time and got the job done efficiently.This was a commercial job. Highly recommended.
John and team render true professional service and workmanship. I needed an irrigation water meter installed and from the start, the company quickly scheduled service appointments. Their communication lines were always open and the staff were courteous. You can always count on their prompt responses.
The service cost was very reasonable, too. And when more work was needed than the initial estimate, John and team honored and stuck with their original cost estimate.
When all of his technicians were busy with other projects, John sent his hands-on manager, Al, so the work can be done sooner rather than later. That’s excellent customer service!

They arrived early! They were knowledgeable and determined the problem quickly. They were honest about work that had to be done and what could wait for a little bit. Please send Collin and Jeremy back for my next appointment!
