I believe the lady on the phone was named Megan. she was very friendly and helpful and then Zach came to fix my dryer. got it done really fast. he was friendly as well. it was a great experience. I called in the middle of the day on Monday and they came in the afternoon on Tuesday which is a great turnaround. I highly recommend them.

I purchased a Speed Queen washing machine from Ace a few months ago. One of the best decisions I have ever made! So today, I visited the Maumee store on the off chance someone would help a lady in distress. I needed help with a part for a dryer that was purchased over 15 yrs ago in the UP of Michigan. The repair service there could not identify the model number of what I needed after trying. I spoke with Tim in parts at Ace today and then Superman Jeff in sales. After some looking he identified the parts I needed. Went back to Tim and will be ordering the parts. Exceptional customer service! They could have easily said can’t help you, but they didn’t. They went beyond and I will not forget. 👏

Same day service, within two hours of calling. Quick and accurate diagnosis of the issue with the dryer. Had the part with him to replace. Couldn’t be happier with the service and professionalism of the tech and company. Have used them before and will definitely use them again.
