Great inspector! On time; friendly and explains everything well so I understand him. He inspected our house when we were buying it. Nothing was missed and no issue with our house so far! He also did our lead certification for our rental unit.

Follow up of an actual binder of thorough information about my house was so very helpful to think through what I may need to do with a 197 year old house.
