Eden Nails

I went to Eden Nails in Washington Township for the first time today. The place was beautiful but had a very strong smell. The lady that did my pedicure finished it in record time without paying much attention to detail. I asked her politely if she could cut one of my nails a bit more and she filed it for a second and proceeded to paint them. The massage that you get during a pedicure was a soft two minute application of cream. Very disappointed as I was really looking forward to the experience.

Update to my original review: after going to this place for well over a year, I had a manicure with the person I always see. It was a special, more expensive polish. It chipped almost immediately and I called to let him know. I booked an appointment to redo the polish and he charged me! I was stunned. After over a year of showing up, tipping WELL, and never complaining, I was charged to change my polish. I found a wonderful new place (better service, more personable, and very kind). Bye forever Eden.

I'll start off by saying I'll still come to this salon every time. It's 2 minutes from my house so it's just convenient. But it all depends on the nail tech you get. Complete hit or miss every single time. But, what's my issue is that if you make an appointment when they're busy, they will always take walk ins and you could end up waiting for your appointment for over an hour. It's happened to me countless times. It's very frustrating. why do you take appointments then? they also have a very large variety of colors which I do appreciate and it's very clean.
