I've been coming here for a year now and actually really like the place. I hardly ever wait to go in and the beds are always clean. I've never had a problem with the girls at the front desk, they are usually friendly enough and it's a brief interaction. But I went today and the girl was so outwardly rude to me for no reason, I was actually really taken aback by the whole thing. It came out of left field. It's a busy weekend as they are running a special - note to management you should be aware of who you are staffing for these busier days and who is representing your store.

I've been a customer for well over a year and have seen quite a rotation of employees some good and some bad. Since Mariah has been managing the salon there has been a noticeable difference. The entire place including the beds have been very clean and there is absolutely no wait ! She as well as Anne Marie are very nice, knowledgeable and hardworking. Yesterday I was able to try the new tanning bed called the "KBL 7000 Alpha extraSun" and Mariah explained all the options and features without skipping a beat. I was very impressed with my experience as well as the results ~ it was a truly unique, relaxing, spa like 10 minute getaway and treat. Besides the greatly improved customer service, and the free upgrades on Sunday's, I also appreciate the incentives/rewards that are accrued and the pop up extras when you have a membership. Thank you for appreciating my business and I look forward to continuing my membership.

Got a spray tan membership here about 3 months ago. a couple of times that i went to get my spray I wouldn't even be dark after as if I haven't gotten sprayed at all. the machine is broken at least once a week or the staff doesn't know how to refill the bottle when its empty and it sprays air. Went in last Friday to get a spray and the machine was broken yet again. I asked to be airbrushed since that was the case and the women told me that she couldn't do it because her shift was ending in 10 minutes. Mind you they didn't close for another 5 hours. I then said I would wait for the next girl to come in and spray me and she let me know that she had to spray someone else right when she came in and i would have to wait till they're done. I waited for the new girl coming in to arrive and she went back and "fixed" the Versa spa in 2 minutes and told me I could go in for my spray. Went in and didn't get a tan after. Yet again the machine was still broken. Customer service needs some work.
