This was my first time using a pro cleaning service, Nataliya is fantastic. She was en route during heavy school traffic and her timely update allowed me time to run a few extra errands before her arrival. I only had to give her a brief summary of my wants and she over exceeded my expectations. As a small business owner, I feel small businesses always give a more personable experience. This service is absolutely testimony of that. I'd like to add that i called on a Thursday and was given an appointment for Monday, I basically wished on a star when asking her if it was possible she could do anything sooner as I was hoping to have company.
