I'm thoroughly happy with this company. Both of my sinks backed up needing 20 ft of plumbing cut away and replaced. I couldn't use my kitchen sinks and with a disability this was a real problem. Zoom was recommended to me from another plumber and I called at around 11:30 a.m. They answered right away. Listened to my problem and they were here by 1:00 p.m.! They gave me two choices and explained the difference & the cost of each and fixed it the same day! I had Tom come to my house and he was very nice. We use Zoom for our Real Estate transactions. They are very responsive, on time, and very easy to work with. I dealt with Brad this last time and he was very accommodating and helpful. It is a pleasure doing business with them. They do sewer scopes and take videos so the clients can feel comfortable with the purchase of their new home. I will continue to use them.

I had ZoomDrain out at a property I own due to a broken washer pipe. Shane and Brad went above and beyond to diagnose the problem and get it fixed. They communicated with me throughout the entire process and I couldn't be happier. I will definitely be using their services in the future.
